Pick Your Passion

Highline Foundation Annual Giving Campaign

Here is your opportunity to change the life of a student

Who Benefits? Highline Students.

As a single mother, Denise Johnson had the desire to pursue higher education to make a better life for herself and young daughter, but did not have the money to afford tuition. “I do not take my education for granted because I was told I would never see college because I was a teen mother. Highline College has changed my life,” said Denise Johnson, who is earning an Associate’s degree. She thanks those at Highline for “helping me on my journey to finding the best version of me and continuing my education.”

What Can I Do? Give.

The Highline College Foundation Annual Fund Drive is underway. We all have passions that speak to our hearts and we are asking you to “Pick Your Passion.” The Foundation has a unique opportunity to designate donations based on the desires of our donors, whether your interest is in veterans, single parents, respiratory care, engineering, nursing or scholarships, just to name a few. Whatever your passion is, you choose and the Foundation will apply the money to that program or scholarship to benefit students in that area.

When Does This Begin?

We are kicking off this campaign on December 1, 2015, using the hashtag #GivingTuesday. Watch this quick video to learn more about #GivingTuesday. The campaign ends January 31, 2016.

How Do I Help?

You can donate with a one-time payment or set up a recurring monthly donation using our online giving page. No amount is too small. As little as $5.00 per month compounds over the year to make a huge impact.

We accept checks, cash and credit cards. Want to increase the value of your donation? Many employers offer matching funds.
