Thank you to all those who donated to the COVID-19 Student Support Fund!
The Highline College Foundation, and its leader Sheri Keller, vice chair and interim president to the Foundation's Board of Directors, would like to thank every person and organization that donated to our COVID-19 Student Support Fund, which has raised more than $150,000! The support of Highline College students means the world. If you haven't already, there's still time to donate.
Like many around the world, Highline College students are being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. With more than 700,000 unemployment claims in WA, some students have been laid off and are being forced to decide whether to pay rent or their college tuition. And we can't let that happen.
That's why the Highline College Foundation launched the
COVID-19 Student Support Fund with a goal to raise $100,000 for students. Every dollar you donate will help students pay for food, utilities, books and college fees. Thank you for donating!
