Complimentary parking will be available for all guests. For your convenience, the East and South Lots offer the closest access to the Student Union (Building 8), where the event will take place. Event signage and Foundation volunteers will be on-site to warmly welcome you and guide you to the venue entrance.

Upon arrival at the Student Union, guests will be warmly welcomed with a glass of celestial champagne or apple cider (non-alcoholic option available).

After check-in, each guest will receive:

Event volunteers and signage will be available to guide you smoothly through arrival and check-in, ensuring a seamless start to the evening. Elevators are available to support guests requiring accessibility.
